I think you misread the posts. The gentleman in question is the CFO not CEO.

Now forgive me folks but reading the C.V. that Irish produced leaves me thinking he was out of work the last three months. Many of you will know volumes more about this sort of thing than I so I'm just responding from a gut feeling that he's spent more time moving in/cleaning out his desk than on the job. I can't attest as to whether he is good or not, haven't seen any report cards yet, I just can't smell the seasoning. Maybe that's what NOT BOD wants..... someone they can "shape". Just a feeling folks...nothing more. Other than what Irish put out there I know nothing else about him.
