It's also interesting that they call it "Inaugural". I don't believe this is the first time this kind of visitation has taken place. I stand to be corrected. Could I theorize that this is something of a "champagne christening" ceremony where they are finally sending the good ship NOT to "sea" what she can come back with in the way of suitor/investor motivation?
