I am missing something in the sense that if they sold windfall the funds simply go into the cash coffers of NOT thereby increasing the SP relating to cash. All would profit, as long as they sold for a fair price. If they sell just did a quick sale to get their money back, cash out and run, then I would call foul. Again I may be missing something.
