I, for one am not a "Hater" of anyone, in this Business, this Company, or virtually anywhere else for that matter.
However, what I am taking exception to is the manner in which this BoD is doing, or is failing to do, in terms of specifically following through on what they stated they would do and likely not do etc., either by what they said or avoided saying in communication to the public and their Share Holders.
And given the ASS BACKWARD approach they are currently demonstrating in "Moving this Company Forward" I have every reason to be very concerned, UNTILL they set their Record STRAIGHT!
There are almost always Methods to most Madnesses, but untill the approach is clairafied, it remaing as it appears.
And the average Joe Blow potential Investors, be they Average Retail or Average Money Manager type Investors, are sure to be very careful to STAY AWAY from considering an investment in OUR Company, let along actually moving to make such an investment.
As for the Exceedingly Generous BoD Compensation Plan proposed by this BoD, it is EXCEEDINGLY GENEROUS! And the Criteria set out for their seeing these Option Shares Vested, given the Quality of this Company's ASSETS, inherited by this BoD, are EXCEEDINGLY easy to be achieved. PHENOMENALLY Easy to see the Criteria achieved, and in relatively very short order as well.
Thus, there is plenty to be concerned about!
And pretenting otherwise is to insult the intelligence of ALL Current NOT Investors. AND the same for ALL Potential new Investors, be they Average Retail or Average Money Manager Investors!
