You raise some very valid points though you assume that some of us are looking for a fast sell out. This is not the case. Some of us are just looking at possibilities, not desireability. I like your point about what the majors are looking for and when. I wouldn't assert my point but for the fact that it has been stated that R.N. had already received offers, which means that it is feasible that someone could still be interested now for the right price.... and it's not 8,10 or 20 dollars.
