Must be STOPPED! It is that simple. The New BoD have a commitment/requirement to state EXACTLY what the new Funds are required for. They have not done so. On the contrary, they have clearly stated that we have sufficient Funds for between one and two years Exploration Work. Thus, a new Share Issue is not warranted for more than six months hence.

Trying to justify their proposed action is not our job. It is their job at all times to justify their proposed actions on our behalf and to do the justification with CONCRETE PLANNING PUT OUT IN OFFICIAL MD&A to ALL SHARE HOLDERS.
They have not done their jobs yet and thus con not proceed with this new farce of a proposal until they FULFILL THEIR DUTY TO THEIR SHARE HOLDERS.
ALL THEIR SHARE HOLDERS!
