Long term nothing has really changed. However, short term this does not look good. The SP will really struggle going forward into next year. Raising money is good, but it also means the management does not see any quick money from Windfall, neither do they not see much short term 'surprises' for the ROF.

To proove up the required tonnage of nickel ore will take a lot of time and money, so in the end this may indeed have been the only reasonable way forward.
