.....to try to justify this PP, at this time, at this price.

If you can prove to me, and this board, that the funds from this PP will cause something positive to happen to the companies fortunes, right now (not in the future), then I will apologize for everything negative I have said about you tonight.

To be clear, I mean that the funds must be used very soon, to do something, that we could not have otherwise done, to cause share value appreciation. The actual appreciation could be in the future, but must be the result of something done with the funds, now, otherwise, we didn't need the PP now.
