In thinking further on it, though, 1.8 million options are dependent on performance which is insignificant in comparison to the 25 million which are not bound by such constraints.

I'm definitely not happy about it, I just keep looking for an upside and I'm not sure there is one unless one is able to buy at these prices and make a quick flip.

Is Richard Nemis still considered an insider since he was pushed out ? Would we know if he was disposing of shares? Just curious, cuz if he's selling, I don't see the point of us continuing to do so.
