but isn't the complicated bit about the 80 cents options kind of a performance based set of criteria, that not only is dependent on the dismal TSX turning around, but that Noront has to EXCEED the gains of the exchange by 120% for the options to be granted?

I read it quickly, and don't want a repeat performance of my other blunders, but want to see what other more adept folks have to say.

I know no retailer will be thrilled with this, but if they have to WORK to get the SP up to get their cheap shares as a reward, it could be a win-win situation, or the best of a bad situation at any rate.

Hoping to hear some feedback...
