Not only they have option, they have cheap shares and finally they have enough shares to control the BOD...we have lost the battle totally..

one piece of information that RN left from the old BOD :

the estimate of Eagle 1 ..which is far from what the PP are going to subscribe..

could we ask for the director's meeting minutes about this PP,see whether we can forward to a lawyer or RN for comment before they take any action ( or it is too late )....

The new BOD is 3 vs3 we still have no CEO..what happened?//
