I thought, flow-through is a good bit above actual price, so I was looking at around $1, minimum !

And additional 20% shares !

And why now ???

Directors and CEO´s get cheap tickets as well.

I wonder if this could have not been achieved by the previous management !!! The price is ridiculous !
