Someone should call Mr. White and ask what does IBK think of this?

Can not be good actually, why do they have to do this now, couldn't and shouldn't they have waited until the price would have gone up considerabley and then when internal funds were getting low do it then? Alterior motives it would appear. I will watch the BOD with interest.
