maybe glorieux can contact office tomorrow to see whats up. they won't say too much. lets get a feel. nobody is really happy about this. maybe we are going to take a run at someone else in the ring of fire. they are not all loaded with cash. windfall is out of the picture for now. phase 2 i think will cost about 12 mil. they will likely joint or sell. it would be in our best interest to joint.
