Goldbandit, if this happened is the BoD obligated to inform shareholders asap (or will they just sit on it for a month until after the vote?)

Is the $13.5 M payable for the CMM BoD even considering other offers, or just if they recommend them? They really shot themselves in the foot with this clause or maybe that was the point.
