I would assume that shareholders in this case are reluctant to sell not because they are in line, or in exceptance with this deal, but more so that they are going to fight tooth and nail to get a better deal and higher evaluation on our sp. It very easy to notice that. I believe there backs are to the wall and are playing the waiting game. If another company steps up we get a better deal. If no other company steps up, we will still end up getting a better deal becasue the "no" vote will veto this fraud that is happening before our eyes.
