Thank you Paydirt. I realize this isn't a takeover (though it sure feels like one). Just found the info surfing for "dissent shareholders" and wanted to clarify what that would mean for CMM shareholders.

I will be voting NO but I'm not interested in having to submit share certificates and/or waiting around for a judge if that's what it means. If I can dissent without all that mumbo-jumbo so much the better.

PS Thanks for the legal info. Would it help to contact this person or would I be better off getting a lawyer closer to home?
