From the VOIS 10-Q,

"After the merger and transactions that occurred at the same time as the merger, there were 243,031,045 shares of our common stock outstanding, of which 196,000,000, approximately 81%, were held by the former shareholders of Mind Solutions, Inc."

81%? Really. So the spit dividend we received somehow adds up to 81% collectively? I would have to do some number crunching (it is Summer after all, I am looking to avoid work), but I am going to go with the 'former shareholders' did not and do not hold 81% of this crap.

Instead, we hold a ticker that no longer trades...
