It means nothing because it's on the gray market...it may as well not even be trading at all. And as far as 'paying 10-20 times more that that'...we all did.
The bottom line is if...IF this company executes, we stand to do very well. However, that's a big 'if' (as noted by capitalization). It is clear that they are doing everything in their power to move this company forward and their realization of company goals is only being held up by standard development timelines. As for getting relisted, all they can do is bide by the SEC rules and regs- in other words, if the SEC wants to drag their feet then they will...no fault of MTEK's.
You may be right and we may still be going through this in 2013, but I highly doubt it. Things should be coming to fruition (FINALLY!) in early 2013 and we may have something to be excited about.
On the flip side, if this all doesn't work out for some reason or reasonS...you invested money in a penny stock, as we all did. We all know the inherent risks they possess...or do you? This was never a sure thing and you can purchase stocks that are currently Nasdaq stocks and they may not be sure things either. This was (and IS) a big gamble and I doubt anyone thought differently as they plunked down some chips on this play.
