Just a partial answer here for right now. If you want calls that expire after PDUFA, your only option right now if the Jan 2015 leaps. Regular monthly options are currently only out to Feb 2014. Now that would be sweet if FDA fast tracked this - but I, for one, would never count on that. If you wait until mid October this year, the Jan 2016 leaps will become available. I'm not sure I would be interested in the 2015's at this time. Hard to say what will happen after PDUFA - I expect the stock may selloff or stagnate as this turns from a research entity into a manufactuing entity. The year after approval may be a difficult one to predict. Now if you play the run-up, then you should be fine.
