Trend, I made an estimate on the number of shares that I posted on Jan. 16, 2013 and concluded that it would be about 412 million. This included all known shares and promised shares at that time, but did not include future unknown dilutions or the $50 million ATM. If you think that there might be another 118 million shares issued to commercialize Affrezza or as part of a partnership agreement, then you can get to 550 million.
