ANNOUNCES REMOVAL OF DIRECTOR

August 20, 2012 Calgary, Alberta

Goldnev Resources Inc. ("Goldnev" or the "Company") (TSX Venture Exchange – “GNZ”) announces that Marc Dame has been removed as a director of the Company effective August 16, 2012.
