I dont know but I usually look at volume spikes on no news as a bullish signal...mind you its entirely plausible that their coincidental as well.

.17 is still a steal bro.....average down if you want but I have no problems adding to my position at .17, I started buying at .02.

I know there are assays pending so this plus this spike look good in my eyes.
