Erin Ventures announces proposed Private Placement
May 15, 2009
Erin Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: EV) announces that it proposes to carry out
a private placement of up to 6.5 million units at a price of 3.5 cents
($0.035) per unit, for total proceeds of up to $227,500, under the TSX
Venture Exchange's temporary relief measures. Each unit will consist of one
common share and one warrant; the warrants will have a term of two years and
an exercise price of $0.075 per share in the first year and $0.15 per share
in the second year. The proceeds of this placement will be used for working
capital purposes and to finance exploration activities. The company may pay
finders' fees of up to 7.5%. The completion of this private placement is
subject to receipt of subscription funds and final Exchange approval.
