Meeting materials have been distributed by mail and are also available on the Company's website at www.eaglehillexploration.com. Eagle Hill encourages all shareholders to vote their shares.

Following the business of the meeting, Eagle Hill will host a shareholder update commencing at approximately 2:15 pm PST.
