It certainly is. I'm assuming you're speaking of NOT selling Windfall? I would wonder if they would have the information to make this so prior to the deadline. I would suspect that EAG, having done all of the work to get this project to this state, would not be inclined to just hand it back to NOT for a song and, being well aware of the contractual deadlines, would do their best to shore things up to their own advantage. In other words I don't think they'd be polishing the apple for NOT to eat. Best to leave it a little musty looking with perhaps a worm or two hanging from it. We wait to see.
