It is clear that Reyes is not representing the interests of the shatreholders and that we will need our own attorney.

Maybe he was just finally bought off.

I think 12% really does equal about .40 cents per share, what a shame- But better than ZERO.

Anyways it seems that there is a much simpler way to do this... just give us the name of the atty.

Have him compile a list of disgruntled KRYers and have them figure out what the cost would be. If there is some astounding legal argument why Fung can't give himself 18% I would like to hear it. Then based on the strength that argument then I would decide whether to invest more in this or not.

If it was obvious though, I'm sure someone would be doing it Pro-bono.

AND!

I wish you guys could just agree that Fung (IMHO) is an inteligent crook.
