Jimmijazz, IMO the reverse split was to help Fung to get KRY relisted on the Amex, and to thereby make a Chinese buyout of KRY more attractive!

I am not interested in any buyout by the Chinese, or, for that matter, in any joint venture with the Chinese.

Now,Mr. Fung, just get on with the refinancing so that we can reasonably pay off the Noteholders, and get on with Arbitration.

And, it would be great to get you on the Board, or EZee.... Mr. Fung needs help.
