when i read this yesterday i thought "that's odd"... did anyone notice the verbage change in this PR as opposed to past PR's??

in the past it's always been "to maximize value for shareholders and stakeholders"

the new verbage is "which the Board believes is currently in the best interests of the Corporation and its shareholders."

i was kinda under the impression that the "corporation" was it's shareholders.
