I don't blame Fung for any of my decisions to buy or sell KRY stock, but where I do hold him accountable is in the following. KRY first gave notice to VZ of a dispute on Nov 28, 2008. GRZ first gave notice on or about April 20, 2009. So at that point we had a 145 day time advantage on GRZ. GRZ filed on Oct 21, 2009. We filed on Feb 16, 2011. Now GRZ has a 483 day time advantage on KRY. A difference of 628 days from what it could have been. What was Fung doing during those 628 days (besides making good money as pointed out by GW)? Well, as it turned out, Fung (aka Neville C.) was chasing his tail in VZ. Neville's motto was "Peace in our time". Fung's motto was Permit in our time.
