i didn't write this. itz in 1st person because the author wrote it that way. I don't necessarily believe every point of this. But I do believe Fung has backing on financing through arbitration. I'm (personally) not sure about the noteholders situation. But simple logic tells me that whoever will fund arbitration would not do so if the noteholders were ready to bite them off at the ankles. LOL. So it almost follows that the noteholders are also handled.
