there was much speculation over kry "posessing data" that the chinese and/or venezuelans would need to mine LC... otherwise they would have to "start over"..

these posts always bugged me but there was no point in arguing with the folks that posted these "facts" at the time...

my question is this (and a good one for RM)... does kry have any data that was not turned over to the CVG?

if they do, are'nt they in violation of the MOC?

for those of us who plan to stick around for awhile. we better get re-aquanted with the full MOC...it can be found in the sedar filing march 4th, 2003 marked "other" in the MDA plan.......appendix A
