I would have suggested a merger back when they were both being snubbed as it would have made a stronger position for both. But now, KRY gains and GRZ loses as it would be a burdern for GRZ to take on KRY's baggage.

It would be even more difficult to merge as who would run this new entity? I submit that both are not willing to yield to the other.

A non starter I am afraid.
