Not to be offensive myself, but be cautious about proclaiming Greywolf adding 37M.

In Greywolf's previous disclosure ending Sept 2010, they held 21.6M. The most current, Dec 2010, disclosure shows they hold about 27.5M in shares, for an increase, or "add," of about 7M. Significant, yes. But not the 37M as proclaimed. To get 37M, their warrants are included...

"... ...As of the date hereof, the Reporting Persons own, in aggregate, (i) 27,542,012 Shares and (ii) warrants to purchase 9,512,993 Shares (the “Warrants”), which Warrants are currently exercisable. ... ..."
