Today, Vanessa Ventures is questioning the legality of this rescission of its contract in international arbitration courts.

Everytime I hear about Vanessa I am told that it is a non issue. Yet it seems never to go away. Does anyone understand what is going on with this trail and when will it end? Any possible relevance to KRY being stalled? TIA
