Agree with you that the Chinese connection would not be important, if we were to go for arbitration. But, let's face it, right now, all we have is a potential partnership with Chinese and only they can help get the deal done with the financial and political clout with VZ. We have not been able to get the project moving for the past 10+ years on our own.

Also, it sounds good to talk big numbers as arbitration awards, but how many of us are willing to wait for 2-3 years to get paid. Enough, already....I would prefer an earlier resolution to this mess and we can get on with our lives.

There is no denying that for the immediate future, Chinese connection would be helpful and I am thankful for that.
