I feel comfortable that the Chinese are still in the picture for obvious reasons.

IMHO, the Company will file for arbitration, but a deal will be worked out by the Chinese. I simply can not believe them doing an underhanded deal excluding us. As I have said before, this is a huge multi billion dollars deal and the different players will come to an agreement as to their slice of the pie. That may be the crux of the negotiations....
