getting back at hugo - china

well, if it is true that the Chinese are pissed, and aren't in the running to take over the Las Cristinas mine in some backroom deal, then i have a great suggestion on how they can get back at Hugo.

What better way to get back at Hugo than to finance the KRY arbitration and take over the loan with some preferential terms, and a slice of the equity?

This way you can sit back and watch as KRY takes Hugo to arbitration for $4billion. preventing him from trying to destroy and bankrupt crystallex (which seems to be his goal).

Just thinking aloud ;)
