I agree this is far from over

I also believe that the Chinese may be asking some questions of VZ about what is going on. I don't think they will give up, they want the gold. I think there is a chance that they could put a little pressure on VZ and get something going with the JV.

Even if they don't, we still have a solid Arb. case and I believe it will be for much more than the 4-6B that everyone is speculating on. With 17 million oz of gold that we were not allowed to get, and the arb case 100% ours it should/could be substancially higher.

I'm willing to wait...
