Bullet - We have a signed sealed and Delivered MOC (airtight according to some)

Bullet - We have a Letter from the CVG Saying we 'are in full compliance of the MOC'

Bullet - We not recieved any official communication that we are not in compliance of MOC

Bullet - We are prepared entered into a JV Relationship that fully secures financing the project from now to the project's conclusion. Signifies significant project advancement.

Bullet - We have made adjustments to the execution plan that satifies the environmental concerns (assume, because we never offically heard otherwise). Can't put a shovel into the ground without the permit the CVG was supposed to provide.

Gun - We received a letter saying the contract has been terminated because it is convenient for the Venezuelan Government. (I think the arbitrators will agree this does not demonstrate breach of contract)

Blank - we need to secure fincancing for arbitration

I like our odds - although the blank is a biggie.........
