So...the entity..(our partner-CVG) who is supposed to work with us in getting the final permitting....and hasn't been able to do so....yanks our contract for inactivity????...knowing full well....we are FULLY compliant...but the only reason we are "inactive" is because WE CAN'T get the FINAL permit issued....WTF?....What has little gold miner Crystallex done to deserve this?....paid our bond/taxes...provided the services requested...kept our mouth shut...done everything asked for?. Why did they agree to contract with us in the first place?.
So instead of royalties....employment taxes...and jobs...starting almost immediately....they are going to face more delays...more unemployment...less government revenue coming in.....and the prospects....of ANOTHER billion dollar arbitration suit.......just to screw small Canadian miner KRY......never mind screwing a MAJOR Chinese company whose country is financially backing VZLA....who, while they haven't put up a large amount of $$...have apparently spent months and months..putting together a 1500 page document/deal......this is a farce..and makes absolutely no sense what so ever...even for VZLA...There has to be another part to this story that we haven't been made aware of yet....besides arbitration..
