vet while i've got you here please take a look at the following comparison and let me know where you think i might be wrong...trying to get a fair PPS on arbitration value...

GRZ currently has a market cap of $100mil with a $2billion icsid claim...

GRZ and kry are both roughly $30mil to the negative when you look at debt/cash (equipment) so the financials are'nt too far apart (that includes bondholder debt)

KRY has a market cap of around $50mil today with no icsid claim....

if kry files a $2bil icsid claim then it looks like .30 is the number to bring kry/grz to an equal level....probably why we hung at .30 for so long....
