Is there any chance that CVG terminated the contract in the absence of guidance from the Venezuelan government? Would they have the power to do so? Is it possible that they have interests distinct from the government and are guided by those interests? What are the implications to CVG vis a vis the LC concession which used to belong to MINCA and was awarded to CVG by the geovernment? Does CVG now have carriage of the file in term of finding a new operator for the concession? Or does the government recind the concession and award it directly to another entity?

Just wondering what the group might think.
