If the bondholder notes do not come due for awhile does the Arbitration announcement timing come into play?

Imo we find a way to finance the arbitration and file.

If the bondholders initiate a lawsuit before the arbitration announcement then there might be one more opp to buy in cheaper before an anticipated arbitration pop?

For a company that states it is prepared for this eventuality how long must we wait for an arbitration announcement?

If the Chinese are are out and the BOD are prepared as mentioned, I would say less than a week to a KRY ARB PR. A week would be timely, IMO.

The wording chosen by the CVG was "unilaterally terminated" and that does not mean there is going to be a fruitful discussion forthcomming, in my opinion. One can continue to hope, but the pressure is on for KRY to take some action.
