My response:

You have got to be kidding! What price per share do you think you'd be happy with on a buy-out!

Whatever figure you choose, I believe Arbitration would reward us in multiples higher even though it might take longer. The concensus seems to be that Arbitration would net us anywhere from 4 to 6 dollars a share!

Just what kind of a low-ball offer can KRY now obtain that will in two years equal the projected ICSID award if we win. I prefer to bet on the Arbitration award!

Under the current circumstances, Arbitration is our only hope.
