I seem to have a vague recollection that KRY started the ball rolling on arbitation already. That is, they would not be starting at square one and the entire process would be a little faster. I think it was mentioned on this board?!

Anyway if that is the route we take, it will come down to: Are our lawyers smarter than their lawyers? Judging by their reasons for cancelling the MOC, I'd say yes.
