And how does KRY "cure" this alleged breach in the next 90 days? And I'm guessing if KRY filed for arb VZ argues that KRY did not take advantage of the 90 day opportunity to "cure" the breach.

My head hurts.

Maybe we should try a new approach. What is that saying -- when in Rome do as the Romans do?

Since VZ follows no rule of law, maybe we should do the same and just start digging...
