As I understand it, we are now "free" of the China deal, and I can see no reason why Fung doen't file for Arbitration ASAP.

Venezuela has yet again insulted Fung...and deserves Arbitration.Why wont Fung react? What is he waiting for!

If KRY files for Arbitration, does KRY lose its rights to negotiate another deal? Of course not! All we do is protect our rights and impose a time limit with teeth to resolve this phony problem! And I believe Arbitration would be settled in our favour.

If you think there is a valid reason for Fung delaying to file for Arbitration. what could it possibly be. If you remember, in June 09, I urged Arbitration filing ASAP, as did you GW.

With the price of gold going up daily, wouldn't an Arbitration settlement which would be money in the bank, be preferred to a low-ball offer under these lousy circumstances?

I vote for Arbitration toute de suite, and will join any group willing to promote such actionl.
