I was suspect of Russia years ago, and asked the company directly by email, were they Canadian or Russian?If I recall correctly, I received a one sentence email from some underling saying that they were Russian financed, but incorporated in Canada!

I'm wondering..... Since the Chinese now have no ownership in the MOC... Crystallex owns it 100% now... why perhaps doesn't Crystallex consider asking the CRCC to buy us out directly for say $6. share (fair price to be negotiated). KRY then gives them the MOC, and with all of their wealth, the CRCC files for arbitration; or sues Venezuela, tying up the property for a number of years.

This precludes the Russians/others from grabbing the land now. When a big victory is won through arbitration, (a given) the CRCC can then come back to KRY and ask us to mine the LC property, and pay us fairly for the work. After all, KRY has the blueprint for it all, as well as the best mining expertise and equipment in place.

I'm a simple person. What am I missing?

Am I stumbling over my common sense again?!
