..to save the day would be CRRC. Obviously Hugo is not worried about pissing off China...and biting the hand that just lent him 20 billion dollars. Why should CRRC (presuming that they have the full weight and backing of China behind them as advertised) be afraid to piss off Hugo by stating publically that:

A. They will fully fund arbitration

B. When the arbitration case is won....they will force Hugo to pay

The only flaw in this line of reasoning is that CRRC might be taking advantage of Hugo's insanity crushing our shareprice to take KRY out on the cheap. Who knows...maybe CRRC is clandestinely working with Hugo behind the scenes.
